在校内留学生公寓住宿的留学生必须遵守《鲁东大学留学生公寓暂行管理规定》。

一、入住登记制度

1、经国际交流与合作处批准,持普通护照和有效签证并办理入学注册手续的外国留学生可在留学生公寓住宿;

2、外国留学生须办理登记手续并按规定缴纳房费和押金;

3、外国留学生须服从公寓管理员的安排,在指定或预定的房间居住;

二、宿舍管理制度

1、不得在公寓从事违反中国法律和学校规定的活动;

2、不得将房间私自转让、转租或留宿他人,不得私自调换房间;

3、学校尊重外国留学生的宗教信仰,但不得在留学生公寓传教或散发宗教宣传品,不得在公共场所张贴或悬挂有关宗教的图画、文字或饰品等;

4、应保持公寓内的安静和秩序,不得在公寓内聚众饮酒及进行妨碍和影响他人学习和休息的活动;

5、爱护房内设施和公用设施,出现故障及时报告公寓管理人员进行维修,如系人为损坏须照价赔偿;

6、妥善保管个人贵重物品,房间内严禁存放大量现金,离开房间应关窗、锁门;

7、自觉维护房间内清洁和走廊畅通,不得随意丢弃垃圾和其他物品,公寓内禁止饲养宠物;

8、遵守公寓作息时间,晚上11:00公寓关门前返回公寓,确有原因不能按时回来者应提前通知公寓值班人员;

9、学校尊重个人隐私,未经许可不会随意进入留学生房间;但确因工作需要必须进入时,留学生应予以配合;

10、以上规定必须严格遵守,如有违反将视情节轻重予以批评、纪律处分直至取消公寓入住资格。

三、会客制度

1、来访者须到服务台办理登记手续,且经被访者同意后方可入内;

来访者须在晚10:00之前离开;

2、来访者不得在被访者的宿舍内留宿;

3、以上规定必须严格遵守,如有违反将视情节予以批评和纪律处分,情节严重者交有关部门处理。

四、安全防火制度

1、遵守防火规定,严禁在房间内私自接电线、插座;

2、房间内禁止使用各种炉灶做饭、烧水;

3、房间内禁止使用热得快、电热杯、电炉子、电饭煲、电暖器、电褥子等大功率电器;

4、不得在床上吸烟、不许乱扔烟头;不得在房间内燃烧废弃物;

5、禁止将易燃、易爆等危险品带入公寓;

6、离开房间应关闭水龙头和电灯、电视等用电设备,长时间外出时应通知公寓管理人员进行安全检查;

7、以上规定必须严格遵守,如有违反将没收违规设备和电器,同时视情节轻重予以批评、纪律处分、¥100~500罚款直至取消公寓入住资格;所造成的一切损失由其本人承担,后果严重者将追究其法律责任。

五、缴费制度

1、外国留学生入住时须缴纳钥匙押金和房间押金¥300,退房时经公寓管理人员查房后退还,但房间设施有损坏时按价扣除后退还剩余押金,不足时须补足后才可退房;

2、外国留学生须预缴至少一个月以上的房费,之后的房费在每月5日以前缴纳,未按时缴纳房费的按¥5/天收取滞纳金;

3、学校按70度/月(单人间)、120度/月(双人间)提供免费用电额度,当月用电有剩余时可延至下月继续使用,但不能折抵房费或提取现金;当月用电超出用电额度时须在下月5日前按¥0.8/度缴纳电费;

4、已结束学业或被取消公寓入住资格的外国留学生应在一周内退房,对超期滞留公寓者将按普通客人住房标准收费,即单人间¥120/天,双人间¥60/天。

Student Dorms

I. Registration

1. All international students with effective passport and visa are allowed to live in on-campus dorms once admitted to our school through International Exchange and Cooperation Department.

2. International students will need to sign housing contract, register for check-ins and make payment with deposit.

3. International students are required to with dorm manager’s arrangement and live in appointed or reserved rooms.

II. Regulations of Student Dorms

1. Activities against the Law of China and Ludong University Regulations are prohibited in the dorm.

2. It is not allowed to transfer or rent dorms to others; students should not change rooms without noticing dorm manager.

3. Ludong University respect all religious beliefs of international students, however, any kind of preaching or religion booklets is strictly prohibited in the dorm. No religious photograph or decoration is allowed in public areas.

4. Student should keep dorms quiet and in order, no party or other activities which will affect the studying or resting of others are allowed.

5. Please do look after the facilities in both your room and public area, any damage or malfunction should be reported to dorm manager; damages due to misuse will need to be paid on students’ own expenses.

6. Please take care of your personal belongings, do not keep large amount of cash in your dorm and lock up windows and doors when you leave the dorm.

7. Please keep the room and the corridor neat and clean, dump rubbish in bins. No pets.

8. Please follow the timetable of the dorms and return before 11:00pm. Do let the front desk know if you are not able to be back on time.

9. The University respect students’ privacy, our staff will not enter the dorm without your permission; however, we do expect your cooperation to let our staff enter your room when necessary.

10. Students are required to abide by the above regulations, oral warning or disciplinary measures will be applied if breached. Student can lose the eligibility to live in student dorms.

III. Visitors

1. All visitors must register at the front desk and enter the teaching area or dorm when permitted.

2. Visitors will need to leave the building before 10:00pm.

3. Visitors are not allowed to stay overnight in student dorms.

4. All the above rules must be followed strictly;oral warning or disciplinary measures will be applied if students breached them. Relevant departments will be involved in severe cases.

IV. Fire Safety

1.Connecting or reroute electronic wires and using power strips is strictly prohibited.

2.Cooking facilities are not allowed in the room.

3.Thermal kettle, thermal cups, electric stoves, rice cooker, heater and electric thermal blanket are not allowed in the room.

4.Smoking in bed is prohibited; do not burn rubbish in room.

5.Inflammable or explosive products are not allowed to be brought in dorm.

6.Please turn off the faucet and all electronic appliances such as light and TV before you leave the room. If you have to leave for long period, please let the dorm manager know and we will conduct safety inspection periodically.

7.Above regulations must be followed strictly, prohibited devices and electronic appliances will be confiscated. oral warning, disciplinary measures or¥100-500 fine will apply according to the severeness of each case. Student might lose the eligibility to live in student dorms.

V. Fees & Payment

1.International students who live in student dorms need to pay deposit¥300. It will be refunded once students check out with all furniture and electronic appliances in their original conditions. Any damage or missing will be deducted from the deposit with the rest returned and shortage supplemented.

2.International student need to prepay minimum 1 month’s rent upon arrival. Subsequent rent need to be paid before the 5th of each month. There is¥5/day delay fee.

3.The University provides 70°/month (single room), 120°/month (double room) free electricity, unused quota can be accumulated to next month, however can not be converted to cash or rent. With the amount over the quota, we charge¥0.8/degree and student need to make the payment before 5th of each month.

4.Students who have graduated or are disqualified to live in student dorms should check out within one week’s time. We charge standard fee of¥120/day (single room),¥60/day(double room) for detainment.
